Dr. Reid’s love for veterinary medicine began early with her attending summer veterinary camp at Colorado State University in 2011 and Auburn University in 2012.
She started attending Colorado State University in 2014, graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 2018. During this time, she held many positions including kennel assistant, receptionist, veterinary assistant, and an animal care technician in preclinical research. After graduating from CSU, Dr. Reid moved down south to Montgomery, Alabama and worked for three years as a veterinary assistant and live-in/on-call emergency veterinary assistant. At the same time, she attended Auburn University graduating with her Master of Science in Biological Sciences in 2020. She gained her DVM from Auburn University in 2025. Dr. Reid has loved all the opportunities to connect with pet parents while working to keep their animals healthy and happy.
Dr. Reid’s veterinary passions include feline medicine, dentistry, and the reduction of fear, anxiety, and stress in the veterinary clinic. She is both Fear Free and Cat Friendly Certified and is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association (GVMA).
Dr. Reid has been married to her husband Dylan since 2018. They currently have two dogs (Leyla and Atticus) and three cats (Scout, Boo, and Rory). Outside of work, Dr. Reid loves to run (slowly), thrifting, and baking. She and her husband are avid Auburn Tiger fans, War Eagle! Dr. Reid was born in Marietta, Georgia and after spending her childhood in Wyoming, Montana, and Arizona she is excited to be back in The Peach State.
