Important Notice - Effective January 1st, 2020

Butler Creek Animal Hospital will no longer approve any third-party online pharmacy prescription requests via phone, email, or fax due to our promise to provide the best medicine to our patients and care to our clients.  We will continue to accommodate our client’s choice to purchase from wherever they like.  Please read the three options below to choose which is best for you and your pet.

 

Shop Local

  1. Curbside Pickup- please allow at least 48 hours to process the request.

    2. Request a Prescription Refill through our hospital's Mobile App

    3. Request a Prescription Refill By Phone

  2. Home Delivery- you can order prescription medications, food, and OTC products sourced directly from the manufacturer and have them shipped right to your front door via our trusted online pharmacy.

Prescription Medication online request form

Please use the form below to request your prescription refill or food item. This will save you time when picking up your order. Please allow 48 hours for order processing. Do not come to the clinic until you have received confirmation to pick up your order.

 

Note: Some prescriptions will require an examination of your pet or bloodwork before re-filling. Many prescriptions require your pet to be examined before dispensing. This ensures that your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication is appropriate for your pet’s current condition.

 

IMPORTANT: Prescription Refills and Food Orders are not confirmed until you have received notification. A staff member will contact you by phone or text.
